Return & Refund Policy
1. Overview
We are committed to providing high-quality Shilajit products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the terms outlined below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of wellness and consumable products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
- The return request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be in the same condition as received, including original labels, packaging, and accessories (if any).
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product seal has been broken or opened.
- The product has been used or partially consumed.
- The item was damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
- The return request is made after the allowed return period.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during shipping,
- Defective, or
- Different from what was ordered,
you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers may be asked to provide:
- Order details
- Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
After verification, a replacement or refund will be processed.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used Shilajit products
- Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales (unless defective)
- Items returned without prior approval
5. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Send a return request with your order details and reason for return to:

- Wait for return authorization and instructions.
- Ship the product securely as instructed.
Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
6. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defective product.
Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment providers.
7. Replacement Policy
Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded if:
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- The wrong item was delivered.
Replacement requests are subject to product availability.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return policy terms.
9. Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a company error or damaged product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as responsibility for lost return shipments cannot be assumed.
